Our family had an amazing time! The room was spacious and very cozy, and the kids loved the big bath tub. The staff were super attentive, making our stay feel special. The pool was a hit, and I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace with lovely views. Thanks for a great experience! ☀️

i almost wanted to rave about my stay but the horrors outweighed the positives, like the dark, smelly bathroom with no windows. the staff's 'laid back' demeanor only confirmed this was more of a youth hostel vibe than anything close to luxury. a complimentary gesture woudl have been appropriate for my troubles. disappointed, truly.

The location felt isolated, which can be a bit daunting if you're not confident navigating the area without guidance. The lack of windows in the bathroom of the Junior Suite Safran made the space dark and unpleasant, while the small dinner portions served on the second night fell short of expectations. unexpected late check-ins can disturb sleep, especially with the hotel’s layout leading to noise travel.

The welcoming staff were incredibly helpful! We enjoyed reading on the sun terrace during the afternoons, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and markets. 🌞

Some aspects of bathroom functionality could use attention, as there were minor leaks.

The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us through local experiences like the bustling streets and incredible dining options. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh pastries and mint tea to start our day right!

Finding the Riad was a bit tricky, especially with our luggage in tow. Some rooms lacked the amenities expected, such as a kettle for a warm drink in the comfort of our room.

The rooftop was the perfect spot for some relaxing afternoons. We loved exploring the authentic local streets!
